Make these yummy gummies at home to boost your immune system! Take 1-2 once a day!
Servings: 60 gummies
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup elderberry syrup
- ½ cup gelatin powder
- ½ cup hot water not boiling
Grease pan or molds with coconut oil.
Place ¼ cup of cooled elderberry syrup in a medium bowl and quickly whisk in the gelatin powder.
Add ½ cup of hot water and whisk until fully combined.
Add the remaining elderberry syrup and whisk until fully combined.
Pour into molds or pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Take out of molds or pan (if you used a pan, cut into gummy-sized bites) and store in an airtight container, separating the layers with parchment paper.
