  • glass pan or silicon gummy molds


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup elderberry syrup
  • ½ cup gelatin powder
  • ½ cup hot water not boiling


  • Grease pan or molds with coconut oil.
  • Place ¼ cup of cooled elderberry syrup in a medium bowl and quickly whisk in the gelatin powder.
  • Add ½ cup of hot water and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the remaining elderberry syrup and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour into molds or pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Take out of molds or pan (if you used a pan, cut into gummy-sized bites) and store in an airtight container, separating the layers with parchment paper.
