White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Quick, easy and delicious!
Servings: 48 cookies
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup macadamia cuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix together in large bowl the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the stirred mixture. Pour in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Place dough in small amounts onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes (or until golden brown). Don't overdo it!
