Meet Monique

Hi! My name is Monique, I’m a lifestyle/mommy blogger and influencer located in Florida. 8 years ago, I married the man of my dreams and God has blessed us with two amazing boys. Josiah is 5 years old and Jasiel is 2 years old. I am also the owner of Mom Life and Monique.  Sometimes women get overwhelmed when they become mothers and my goal is to help each mother know that they got this. I continue to remind them that life does not end when they become a mother. My blog focuses on tips and tricks for mothers to help their motherhood to be as simple as possible.uplifting bold

I love to talk about raw motherhood and share a lot of it in my Instagram stories at Mom Life and Monique.  Uplifting and empowering mothers is something I love because let’s be honest…motherhood isn’t easy. Social media has helped me to help others and it means so much to me. That’s why I have to continue because there is always a mother that needs some encouragement and a reminder of how awesome they are.
