Bridjet Morris is a lifestyle blogger (BridjetMorris.com) who inspires women to embrace their motherhood, wellness, fitness, and style. A soon-to-be mother of three, Bridjet invites women into her everyday life to talk about the struggles and triumphs all of us experience raising our families so we can more intentionally raise the next generation of conscious children. Which three words best describe your style? Chic, functional, & sophisticatedWhat are your favorite places to shop? While I love Target (who doesn’t!?) and my splurge of choice is Saks, I mostly shop online, because I have limited time as a mom. My favorite site is fwrd.com.Who’s your favorite style icon? — Hands down, Olivia Culpo. I follow her on Instagram because she wears some of the most glamorous outfits and her hair is always on point. I think she inspires you to lavish and spoil yourself with fashion.What’s your best style advice? — Wear what works with your body. Dress in what makes you feel most confident, and you’ll glow.
What article of clothing/accessory would you not want to live without? — My go-to is always my leggings. I wear them every day because they’re sexy yet casual and go with everything. Not to mention amazing options when pregnant for they’re stretchy and comfy in all the right ways!
Which trend would you want to see make a comeback? — Fringe jackets! I absolutely love western wear. Give me all the cowboy hats, boots, and fringe. Some may say they’re not out of style, so take this with a grain of salt. (Editor’s note: We think this is VERY MUCH in style, you work that Western-wear, Bridjet).
What should NEVER make a comeback? — Tie-dye. Enough said.
What fashion/style did you love at the time, but now cringe when you see old photos? — I cringe when I see photos of me wearing jean capris. You know, just past the knee. I don’t know what I was thinking!
What’s your best style secret? — Avene skincare’s makeup foundation powder is my secret weapon for sure. It’s hypoallergenic and anti-aging. It gives flawless coverage.
Stilettos or flats? — As much as I love feeling sexy and done up in stilettos for a night out, my day-to-day favorite is always flats. #momlife

What’s your favorite way to spend time with your family? — There’s not much more I love than a snuggly evening in with my husband and kids, cooking and snuggling on the couch. No distractions, just us.
What’s been your best family vacation? — I got married in Italy and traveled there while pregnant, so naturally taking our kids on vacation there have been some of our most special moments. My husband and I love showing them the Italian magic we fell in love with so many years ago.
Best parenting advice: — As moms, we so often beat ourselves up and expect perfection. My best advice is to not be so hard on yourself. Cut yourself a break. Don’t take motherhood so seriously. Your job is to love your kids. Don’t let the frivolous everyday chaos ruffle your feathers. Have fun being a mom and sharing the world with your children.
Parenting true confession: — Sometimes I lie about the time to get my kids into bed early. As they get older, I wonder how much longer I can pull that off!
What’s your go-to family dinner? — My kids are wild about pasta night. Classic Italian-style marinara is their thing. So that’s what we do! And of course, the classic salmon and broccoli is a second runner up.
What’s your favorite family restaurant? — Rugby Grille in Birmingham is definitely one of our staples. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the food is amazing.

What’s your favorite show to binge-watch? — I don’t really binge shows. But Breaking Bad, now that is epic!
If you could pick anyone to star as you in a movie based on your life, who would it be? — Every role Charlize Theron plays is fire. I would be so honored!
What’s your favorite beach read? — I devour fashion magazines like Vogue. Visual inspiration!
What’s the best song to dance to when nobody’s watching? — All EDM (Electronic Dance Music). There’s just something about the beat that moves my soul. It’s something my husband and I bonded over and continue to enjoy whenever we have a chance to see a show.
If you could go shopping with anyone from history, living or deceased, who would it be? — No question about it, Karl Lagerfeld. He worked at and ran Chanel for 30 years. What an icon!
What’s at the top of your travel bucket list? — I’ve been envisioning visiting Bora Bora or Australia for a while now. It’s a big trip to take with kids, but I’d love to experience it with my family. Something about both places excites me.
What’s your favorite way to unwind at the end of a long day? — There’s nothing like a hot bath by candlelight with aromatherapy to close out a long, busy day.
