  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup elderberry syrup
  • 1/2 cup gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)


Elderberry Gummies

  • Grease pan or molds with coconut oil.
  • Place 1/4 cup of cooled elderberry syrup in a medium bowl and quickly whisk in the gelatin powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup of hot water and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the remaining elderberry syrup and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour into molds or pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Take out of molds or pan (if you used a pan, cut into gummy-sized bites) and store in an airtight container, separating the layers with parchment paper.
