Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 1 tbsp dried catnip
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • cold water as needed

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the oil and mix in the flour until the mixture has the consistency of sand.

  • Sprinkle a flat surface with flour and roll the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness. Add flour as necessary.
  • Puncture the dough with a fork, then use the pastry or pizza cutter to cut the dough into 1/2-inch squares.
  • Arrange the squares on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the squares turn brown.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them.
  • Store in an air-tight container. If you baked them to a softer texture for your cat store them in the refrigerator. You can store them in the freezer for longer storage periods.
