Equipment

  • 6 popsicle molds
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries and raspberries. Blend until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using), until well combined.
  • Pour the fruit puree into the yogurt mixture and gently stir until fully incorporated.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out. Serve immediately and enjoy!
