Chicken Tetrazzini
This creamy and delicious chicken casserole will have everyone begging for a second helping!

- 1 lb cooked spaghetti noodles one standard package of spaghetti
- 1 lb cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces; any type of chicken meat is fine
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 standard can
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup 1 standard cam
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt you might need more or less depending on the saltiness of the soups
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
In large bowl, whisk together soups, sour cream, butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until combined.
Add your chicken. Gently fold it in and make sure it's coated.
Add spaghetti, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese to the rest of your ingredients. Pour your mixture into your baking dish.
Sprinkle your parmesan cheese on the top.
Bake for 45 minutes, until the cheese has melted. It should be hot and bubbling.
