Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Gluten-Free Bread Flour (plus more for sprinkling)
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Cup Water (lukewarm)

Instructions

Prep Dough

  • Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to the stand mixer bowl and whisk. Then, add the olive oil, water, and honey to the mixture. Using the stand mixer and dough hook, mix until well combined. Increase to medium speed for 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray a spatula with cooking oil and scrape the sides of the bowl. Transfer the dough into an oiled bowl or proofing bucket (If using a bowl, cover with plastic wrap) then, place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Remove dough from the refrigerator and divide into two equally sized balls. Sprinkle each lightly with flour and cover one with a moist tea towel and set it aside. Lightly flour a flat surface and use floured hands and a rolling pin to shape pizza into a 12 inch circle. Rotate frequently to avoid sticking. Set crust aside and repeat with other dough ball.

Bake Pizza

  • Preheat Pizza stone and oven to 375°F. While the Oven is preheating, add preferred toppings to pizzas and then bake one at a time for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned. Slice and serve!
