Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) meat chili omit if you're vegetarian
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes do not drain
  • 1 can (10 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes do not drain
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet McCormick chili seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain beans and corn and place in Crock-Pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Set slow cooker on low for 8 hours and serve with your favorite toppings.

Serve with your favorite toppings. We suggest fresh scallions, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
