  • 2 cups kale leaves lightly packed, ribs removed
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any kind of milk you prefer
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tbsp natural, creamy peanut butter
  • 1-3 tbsp honey to taste

Instructions
 

Green Kale and Pineapple Smoothie

  • Place kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy immediately
