Savory Parmesan Garlic Brussel Sprouts
Delicious and savory crispy parmesan garlic Brussel Sprouts air fryer dish is perfect for all occasions.
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts Trimmed, outer leaves removed, cut in half length wise.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt You can just add a pinch depending on your taste.
- 1/8 tsp black pepper Freshly ground optional.
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch nutmeg optional
Combine Brussel Sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg (optional), and pepper; stir until evenly coated.
Transfer Brussel sprouts to the air fryer’s basket and cook for 6 minutes at 400˚F.
When cooking time stops, open the air fryer, mix Brussel Sprouts. Sprinkle Brussel Sprouts with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoned panko crumbs.
Arrange in one layer and continue to air fry for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until crisp and tender.
Remove sprouts from air fryer.
Taste test seasonings and adjust accordingly. Serve and plate.
