  • 1 1/2 tbsp MCT oil ((Medium-Chain Triglyceride oil))
  • 1.5 tbsp unsalted butter ((grass-fed))

Bulletproof Coffee

  • Mix MCT oil, unsalted butter and coffee together with blender/shaker bottle.
  • Pour into cup/mug.
