Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb organic ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion (grated)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 egg whites (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Dukan-Friendly Turkey Meatballs

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients
  • Scoop out one tablespoon of mixture for and form into round meatballs. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Broil meatballs for about ten minutes or until browned, turning once.
