  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 ice cubes


Triple Berry Smoothie

  • Put strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, yogurt, skim milk and honey in blender and blend.
