  • Everything-But-The-Bagel Trader Joes Seasoning to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Avocado Toast With Egg

  • Toast the four slices of bread while you mash together the avocados (as if you are making guacamole).
  • Mash together the avocados (as if you are making guacamole) while toasting.
  • Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice (optional) to the avocados.
  • Fry eggs on stove.
  • Spread avocado mix on toast and place eggs on top. Enjoy!
