Mix together in a large bowl the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the stirred mixture. Pour in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Place dough in small amounts onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes (or until golden brown). Don't overdo it!
