White Chicken Chili
Comforting and delicious white chicken chili

- 2 lbs cooked, chopped chicken (canned chicken is fine and saves you time)
- 1 16 oz can great northern beans (drained)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 yellow onions (chopped)
- 1 can green chilies (drained)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup chopped jalapenos (no seeds)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 16oz can chopped tomatoes (drained)
- 2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
White Chicken Chili
Saute onion and garlic until the onions are clear.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat.
Stir every 10 minutes or so until mixture is how and well-blended (about 45 minutes)
Add extra chicken broth if your white chili is too thick.
