Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 15 oz can white navy beans drained and rinsed
- 1 14 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Add another 1/4 cup if needed
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- blue cheese crumbles optional
Buffalo Chicken Chili
In a skillet, brown ground chicken until fully cooked, then place in crock pot.
Add beans, tomatoes, broth, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing mix, corn, and seasonings to the crock pot and stir.
Add block of cream cheese on the top and cover.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Stir to fully incorporate the cream cheese and add additional wing sauce as desired
Portion in to bowls and top with blue cheese crumbles if desired.
