Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 15 oz can white navy beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 14 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Add another 1/4 cup if needed
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • blue cheese crumbles optional

Instructions
 

Buffalo Chicken Chili

  • In a skillet, brown ground chicken until fully cooked, then place in crock pot.
  • Add beans, tomatoes, broth, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing mix, corn, and seasonings to the crock pot and stir.
  • Add block of cream cheese on the top and cover.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Stir to fully incorporate the cream cheese and add additional wing sauce as desired
  • Portion in to bowls and top with blue cheese crumbles if desired.
