Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups diced mangoes
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespooons golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2-1/2 tbsp finely minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 tbsp finely minced ginger root
  • 1-1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

Magnificent Mango Chutney

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium saucepan and cook over medium-low heat covered, for 30 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
