- 2 oz goat cheese crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 oz kale
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Kale, Tomato, and Goat Cheese Muffins
Preheat oven to 375 °F
Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, Greek yogurt, goat cheese, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in the kale and cherry tomatoes.
Lightly grease two muffin tins and divide the batter evenly among the 24 wells.
