Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper taste

Surprisingly Simple Vinaigrette

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely combined.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 10 days for future use.
