Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp pure pumpkin puree
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Trader Joe's pumpkin pie spice
  • equal blend salt, stevia, cinnamon OR crushed nuts (for topping)

Instructions
 

Pumpkin Pie Protein Bombs Recipe

  • Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. (These are the first 4)
  • Incorporate dry ingredients until all are combined.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  • Mix topping ingredients and set aside.
  • Use a spoon or melon ball scoop to shape bombs.
  • Chill bombs.
  • Roll in topping mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container lined with parchment paper so they don’t stick together. Keep them in the fridge and enjoy!
